Everyone who engages in ENM does so in their own unique way. The diversity in our stories is fascinating. Through our Real People of ENM episodes we get to explore our differences, and share our stories, so that people who may be coming up into our world, will have examples they can build their own experiences from. You get to be a part of their learning process and their journey!

We find that ENM people tend to be on a spectrum, where on one end of the spectrum is strictly casual no feelings and the other end is strictly about the emotion and sex may or may not be a part of the equation. Most people lie somewhere in the middle as far as their primary preference. For the sake of this question, lets assume that zero is strictly swinger/casual (no emotional attachment allowed) and 10 is strictly polyamory (no casual sex) Please drag the slider to where you think you fall in this spectrum.
